Biology Olympics
EITV participates annually in the Biology Olympics. This competition allows students to test their knowledge of concepts in the field of biology.
Objectives:
- Stimulate the taste and pleasure for Teaching and Learning Biology at secondary school level;
- Bring the university closer to secondary education, introducing concepts and practices that introduce the student to the university reality;
- Relate Biology to the economic and social reality (ecology, biotechnology, conservation, etc.) promoting better citizenship;
- Promote the exchange of ideas and experiences among students, nationally and internationally;
- Establish friendly relations between young people from different countries, promoting cooperation between peoples.
