Youth Parliament

EITV participates annually in this initiative with selected students through a first debate session among the lists formed at the school. In addition, the EITV also has a presentation session with a guest deputy every year, designed to introduce students to the concepts of democracy and politics.

The Youth Parliament is an initiative of the Assembly of the Republic, in partnership with other partner entities. 2nd, 3rd and secondary school students are invited to participate in two sessions at national level, where current issues are debated, in order to promote ideals of citizenship, ethics and civic interest and with the participation of deputies from the Education Commission, Science and Culture.
