The processing is carried out on the basis of: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)), consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), vital interest (Art. 6(1)(d)), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), and health data under Art. 9(2)(c),(h).
The processing of data from minors follows reinforced measures. Any non-essential processing (e.g.,(Photograph) requires verifiable consent from parental guardians, in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR.
