Enrolment Process Guidance
Step 1: Enquiry
Submit an Enquiry Form. You will be directed to a form, where you can share additional details about you and your child/ern.
Step 2: Visit
After the enquiry form is completed, we invite each prospective pupil and their family to visit the school for a tour, and to meet with the Head of International Curriculum and the Admissions Team. During the visit, the pupil and their family will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the International School of Torres Vedras. We understand that it is not always possible for a family relocating from abroad to visit the school in-person. In such cases, an online meeting can be arranged.
Step 3: Application and Testing
Following a visit to the school (or online meeting / virtual tour), submit a formal application in our E-Schooling Portal. You will be asked to then submit the following documents as part of the application to school, in person or by email:
● Copy of passport or ID
● Copy of Portuguese Residence Permit (for non-Portuguese Nationals applying as a day pupil)
● Previous years of academic records in English,
● Immunisation records
● Passport size photograph
Step 4: Final Decision
The admissions committee reviews all applications once they are completed, and a decision will be made.
When your child is offered a place at International School of Torres Vedras, you will receive:
● An acceptance letter
● An enrolment agreement
● An invoice for the fees
