Dear Parents/Guardians,
As usual, in accordance with the EITV School Calendar, tomorrow (Thursday 12th) at 10h50 there will be a drill with total evacuation of the building.
For your information and peace of mind, we would like to inform you that:
– The building will be evacuated at the third alarm sound (two short sounds interrupted by a pause and a third prolonged in time);
– All materials will be left behind when leaving;
– Each class will leave the room in an orderly fashion, with the class representative/head/student designated by the teacher at the front and the teacher last, making sure that no one is left behind (in the case of Nursery and Pre-School, the assistant goes at the front and the teacher last). In the case of the Nursery (C1 and C2) there will also be additional support.
– The evacuation routes signposted in the school will be followed and those present will be directed to the meeting point (synthetic pitch). Once there, the number of students present in the school will be checked;
– The heads of each class will tell the evacuation coordinator how many students they have and if anyone is missing;
– At the assembly point, those present concentrate on the number corresponding to their class room;
– Those present leave the meeting point after the Safety Officer has given the go-ahead.
Below you will find other information provided to our employees so that this exercise runs as smoothly as possible.
During the exercise, no one will be allowed to enter or leave the school.
