Dear Parents/Guardians,
Halloween is fast approaching and, in keeping with previous years, we are once more planning a special day for your child, celebrating the now international event in the way many people do in English-speaking countries around the world.
Costumes:
All students are invited to dress up for the festivity. They should bring their Halloween costume to school to change into after lunch.
Activities:
On the 30th of October, the 12th grade students will have the opportunity to share their own spooky stories with the Primary level students.
On the 31st of October, besides the usual Halloween Parade and Contest (for all Nursery, Kindergarten, Primary and Middle School students), there will be a Haunted House organized for higher levels with the help of the Student Association, located near the Auditorium.
Parents and Guardians who would like to volunteer to help decorate the space can join us next Monday – October 30th at 15h00.
School Decorations:
Every class has taken part in the decorating of the school this year: you will see the Kindergarten, Pre-school, Primary and Middle levels’ Halloween wreaths in the main hall; classes from 7th, 8th and 9th grade created storyboards from some classical Halloween movies; and the Secondary level students created the spookiest Haunted House.
