Dear Parents and Guardians,
We would like to remind you that on Friday, the 14th of June, at 18h30, we will be holding our usual End of School Year Party for 2023/24.
We invite you to attend the performances prepared by our students, outside by the outdoor field, where you can watch a show of popular marches and stage performances in which all the classes will be represented, followed by a convivial snack shared by Parents and Guardians.
As usual, Parents and Guardians are invited to collaborate with the school by bringing a set of drinks, sweets and savouries with the aim of making a drink to share at the end of the activity. In this context we suggest:
– Pre-school, 1st and 2nd Cycles, Primary and Lower Secondary: Savoury snacks and/or cold meats;
– Nursery and 3rd Cycle: Sweets/Desserts;
– Secondary: Juices/Sodas.
As far as clothing is concerned, we would be grateful for your co-operation and commitment so that all the students look their best.
During and after the drinks break we will also have popular music for the dance until around 22h00.
Please note that your child will be under the responsibility of the Educator/Teacher until the end of the performance. From then on, they are the responsibility of the family. In this context, there will be no transport home on this day and students will have to return with their Parents and Guardians at the end of the Closing Activity.
As this is the End of School Year Party, students should bring their clothes in a backpack to change into before the party starts.
