Dear Parent/Guardian,
In accordance with the information provided during the meetings to welcome parents and guardians, we would like to draw your special attention to the need to comply with certain procedures set out in the General Conditions of Attendance:
– All students must wear the clothing and footwear that make up the school uniform. With regard to footwear, the use of blue sailing shoes is recommended. Trainers or boots of the same colour may only be worn if decided by the orthopaedic doctor.
– In Physical Education, students must also be properly dressed up, in accordance with paragraph 8.2 of the General Conditions of Attendance.
– Meals brought from home must be in line with the school’s menu, and it is not expected that some students will be eating fish and others meat and vice versa, nor is it expected that meals brought from home will not be complete (morning snack, afternoon snack, soup, fish or meat dish, or a vegetarian option and fruit or jam as planned). In this context, in cases where, for whatever reason, the meal is not in line with the school menu or parts of it are missing, the school reserves the right to supply and bill accordingly.
We also ask for your cooperation in avoiding staying at the school beyond the time strictly necessary to drop off and collect your children. This situation is particularly important because we have seen an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in the country. In this context, we would also like to ask you to respect the time you have to enter the school in the afternoon, i.e. after 4.30 pm, when the gate opens and the buses leave.
EITV, September 15 2023.
Best regards
Head of the International Curriculum,
