Dear Parents and Guardians,
As you know, the Christmas party will take place on Friday, 15th of December in the school gymnasium, starting at 18h00.
The students will be under the responsibility of their teachers until the party begins. At the end of their performance, they will be handed over to their parents (all the students except the Nursery and Pre-School will then return to the stage for a final performance).
Parents and families are only authorised to enter the school from 17h00 onwards, and there is no need to book seats to attend the festival.
At the end of the show there will be a social snack where Christmas delicacies will be shared.
In order to better organise ourselves, we suggest that parents and guardians make the following contributions (which should be brought, if possible, by students first thing in the morning or by parents and guardians late on Friday afternoon):
– Year 1 to 6: Savoury snacks and/or cold meats;
– Year 7 to 9: Sweets/Desserts;
We would like to stress that all students who will be receiving an Honour Roll Diploma must be in formal uniform (trousers or skirt, shirt, and school uniform burgundy pullover).
As usual, there will be no transport service on this day. The students will be provided with food before the performance and will be under the responsibility of their teachers or carers until the end of the performance.
