Dear Parents and Guardians,
Under the slogan “Maths for everyone”, the PANGEA maths competition aims to unite students from different places, social backgrounds and educational levels and make them maths enthusiasts. Young people will have the chance to share their experiences and the joy they find in maths.
This competition is aimed at pupils from 3rd to 10th grade and is organised in fourteen other European countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Other countries are preparing to enter the world of Pangea!
The main aim is to spread enthusiasm for maths. Our message is: “Fear of maths is unfounded. Everyone can succeed.”
The PANGEA competition will run this week on EITV.
