Dear Parents and Guardians,
In view of the Assessment Tests taking place at the beginning of June, we would like to inform you of a series of activities we have planned to ensure that students remain at school and that they continue to learn and develop their skills and competences in a productive way, through different and fun experiences. In this way, we also avoid the suspension of teaching activity, as is the case in most schools.
Activity Details:
- Strawberry Route Walk
- Date: June 3rd 2024 (Monday)
- Time: From 9h00 to 12h00
- Location: Ameal
- Participants: 5th, 6th, 7th and 9th grades
- Important information: students must present themselves with their PE equipment, which they must change after returning to school
- Beach Clean-up with the Oceans without Plastics Association
- Dat3: June 4th 2024 (Tuesday)
- Time: From 9h00 to 13h00
- Location: Santa Cruz
- Participants: 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grades, Year 7, Year 8 and Year 9
- Important information: students must present themselves with their PE equipment, which they must change after returning to school
- Visit to the Joaquim Agostinho Cycling Museum and ‘’Live Bike‘’ activity
- Date:June 6th 2024 (Thursday)
- Time: From 9h00 to 12h00;
- Location: Torres Vedras
- Participants: 5th and 6th grades
- Important information: students must be in formal uniform (shirt, pullover, skirt/pants and formal shoes)
- Visit to the Documentary Exhibition ‘Newspapers as Political Actors: the 25th of April in the Portuguese Press’
- Date: June 6th 2024 (Thursday)
- Time: From 9h00 to 12h00
- Location: Torres Vedras
- Participants: 7th and 10th grades A/B/C
- Important information: students must be in formal uniform (shirt, pullover, skirt/pants and formal shoes)
Classes that don’t take part in the activities must follow the normal school timetable or, in the case of 9th, 11th and 12th grade classes, from June 5th, the preparation timetable for the National Final Examinations, which will be made available over the next few days.
