We educate to think about the Future
Holistic Education, based on values and academic excellence
Education at EITV aims to train not only excellent professionals, but also upstanding citizens, aware of their moral and environmental role, and respectful of all people and cultures. At school, we value learning, experience and encourage proactivity and the development of a critical spirit.
This teaching method is evident in teaching activities, which include challenges such as oral presentations and group work from the 1st year onwards. From pre-school onwards, we introduce different languages and provide a variety of extracurricular activities, such as group sports and arts, which promote team spirit, creativity and responsibility.
Academic Excellence
Our school has the principle of reaching the highest academic standards through a challenging and completely integrated curriculum, which highlights personal excellence and commitment to the community.
Learn how to learn
The level of knowledge develops today at such a rate that any encyclopedic view of education is completely unfeasible. When we focus on how to learn, we aim to prepare students for a lifetime of permanent learning and permanent development of their skills.
Cooperative learning
The school promotes cooperative learning as this is the foundation on which many learning procedures are based. Students can and should learn together to accomplish shared goals, and be able to evolve, acknowledging responsibility in their education. In addition, cooperation is fundamental to life in a globalized world, where the ability to work in teams and build networks is vital.
Diversity and Transcultural Education
The integral development of students requires a solid and dynamic ethical and moral education. The absorption of standardized codes of behavior is not enough; it is necessary that each student learns to reason and to decide ethically and morally.
Personal and Family Matters
The program focuses on the needs and singularities of each student. We affirm the primacy of the student as a person, not as an isolated individual, but as a complete citizen of their community. We recognize that parental participation in children's schooling is a condition sine qua non for your success. Therefore, we consider it our responsibility to educate parents in the philosophy, objectives and methodologies that define the contexts of their children's education.
Ethical and Moral Development
The integral development of students requires a solid and dynamic ethical and moral education. The absorption of standardized codes of behavior is not enough; it is necessary that each student learns to reason and to decide ethically and morally.
Arts and Technology
Artistic expressions are essential for an integral understanding of our nature as human beings and as members of cultural groups. Thus, the various arts are treated as independent, but complementary disciplines and are an integral part of the study program. In addition, information and communication technologies have become important catalysts for learning processes and the way we live, so it is essential that students learn to manage them competently and responsibly.
